Our Goal
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something is wrong, contact us first — we will do everything we can to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, contact us at support@envirodrysystems.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Commercial equipment is heavy — please contact us before initiating a return so we can arrange the most cost-effective return freight.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@envirodrysystems.com or 954-546-2056. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
For freight shipments, any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to note damage on the delivery receipt may limit our ability to file a freight claim on your behalf.
Warranty Claims
All products are backed by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by product:
AlorAir products — 5-year manufacturer warranty
BlueDri products — 1-year warranty with 5-year housing warranty
For warranty service, contact us at support@envirodrysystems.com and we will facilitate the claim with the manufacturer directly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been installed or used
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
