Shipping Coverage
EnviroDry Systems ships to all 50 US states. Free freight shipping is included on all orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Additional charges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii — contact us for a quote before ordering.

How We Ship
All products ship direct from our supplier's US warehouse. Commercial equipment ships via freight carrier. Smaller units may ship via UPS or FedEx ground.

Lead Times by Product

AlorAir Sentinel HD55 — 2 to 5 business days
AlorAir Sentinel HDi120 — 3 to 6 business days
AlorAir Galaxy 60P — 3 to 5 business days
BlueDri BD-130 — 4 to 7 business days
BlueDri AirShield 550 — 3 to 5 business days

Lead times are estimates and begin after your order is confirmed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2pm EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Freight shipments may take 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update after pickup.

Freight Delivery
Large commercial equipment ships via freight carrier. Delivery is curbside by default — the carrier will bring the item to the curb or driveway. If you require inside delivery or liftgate service, contact us before ordering as additional charges may apply.

Please inspect all freight shipments for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at support@envirodrysystems.com or 954-546-2056.

Bulk and Project Orders
For orders of 3 or more units or for large restoration projects, contact us directly for lead time confirmation and project pricing.
