Returns & Refund Policy
EnviroDry Systems supplies commercial-grade climate and airflow equipment designed for professional use. Because many products are large, palletized, or shipped directly from the manufacturer, our return policy follows strict industry standards.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
General Return Policy
We accept returns on most unused items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

A Return Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included
- Item must not show signs of operation, wear, or moisture exposure
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Used equipment, including ozone generators, HEPA filters, air movers, and restoration products cannot be returned once operated for safety and contamination reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or operated equipment
- Ozone generators (once used)
- HEPA filters, replacement filters, and consumables
- Custom or special-order items
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or final-sale items
Freight Shipments (Industrial / Oversized)
Many commercial units ship via freight. Returns of freight-delivered items follow these rules:
- Customer is responsible for arranging freight return
- Freight return costs can range from $150–$450+ depending on size & distance
- Items must be fully shrink-wrapped, palletized, and protected
- Damage in return transit voids return eligibility
We strongly encourage customers to verify product requirements and specifications before ordering.
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees are determined by the manufacturer and vary by brand.
Typical fees:
- 15–25% for standard items
- Up to 35% for large or special-order units
Restocking fees are not controlled by EnviroDry Systems.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Report the issue within 48 hours
- Provide photos of:
- Packaging
- Damage
- Product label / serial

For freight shipments, damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery
We will coordinate replacements directly with the manufacturer.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued once:
- The item is returned
- Inspected by the warehouse or manufacturer
- Approved for refund
Processing time:
- 3–5 business days after approval
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Cancellations
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
If you request cancellation after shipping, it will be treated as a standard return (including freight return shipping + restocking fee).
