Shipping & Warranty Information

At EnviroDry Systems, we work with trusted U.S. distributors and certified manufacturers to ensure fast, reliable delivery and full warranty protection on all commercial-grade equipment.


Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Large commercial units or palletized freight shipments may require 2–4 business days.

Shipping Methods

We ship using:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Freight carriers (SAIA, XPO, Old Dominion, R+L, Estes, etc.)

The carrier used depends on product size, warehouse location, and stock availability.

Transit Times

Typical delivery times:

  • Parcel shipments (UPS/FedEx): 3–6 business days
  • Freight shipments: 4–10 business days

Transit times may vary during peak seasons or due to freight carrier capacity.

Freight Delivery

For oversized commercial units shipped via freight:

  • A delivery appointment may be required
  • Curbside delivery is standard
  • Liftgate service is available for most shipments (fees may apply)

Inspect all freight deliveries immediately and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing.

Shipping Locations

We ship to all U.S. states (continental).
At this time, we do not ship internationally.


Backordered or Drop-Ship Items

Many products ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor warehouse.
If an item is backordered, we will notify you with an estimated restock date and give you the option to:

  • Wait for restock
  • Switch to a comparable model
  • Cancel the order

Warranty Information

Every product sold by EnviroDry Systems includes a full manufacturer warranty.

Warranty lengths vary by brand:

  • Industrial fans & blowers: 1–5 years
  • Air movers: 1–3 years
  • HEPA purifiers: 1–5 years
  • Ozone/odor control units: 1–3 years
  • Crawlspace accessories: Varies by item

Warranty Support

To request warranty service:

  1. Email: support@envirodrysystems.com
  2. Include:
  • Order number
  • Product model
  • Description of issue
  • Photos/videos if applicable
  • We will coordinate directly with the manufacturer to process warranty claims quickly.

Note:
Warranty claims are handled under manufacturer policies—EnviroDry Systems does not perform repair or replacement decisions internally.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of:
  • Packaging
  • Damage
  • Product label / serial number

Freight damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
